This Privacy Notice explains how Koon Hoe & Company Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"), the authorised Malaysian dealer of OPPOLIA, collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation or download a catalogue, we may collect your name, contact details (telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp), project address or city, and any information you choose to include in your message or uploaded files (e.g. floor plans).
Your personal data is used to: (a) respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations; (b) provide design consultation and after-sales service; (c) process catalogue requests; and (d) where you have consented, send you information about OPPOLIA products and promotions.
Your personal data may be shared with our appointed installers, logistics providers and the OPPOLIA factory solely to fulfil your order or enquiry. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and is protected by reasonable physical, technical and organisational safeguards.
Under the PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
